A few easy ways to purge the worry and release it’s hold on you.
I know I am not the only one that gets bogged down with worry.
In fact, worrying is part of my stress style.
How I relieve this stress is through meditation, but everyone is different and unique.
Back to how to get rid of this worry or better yet, how to manage it.
First things, first.
Why do you need this tip?
How will it help you?
How can I help you?
Those are awesome and valid questions.
Doing this stress relieving technique, is truly liberating and helpful.
But what is it exactly? And how do you do it?
A worry purge is something that I do on a daily basis, but when I am really feeling the worry coming on.
Grab a piece of paper and a pen. Or maybe, get yourself a worry purge notebook or a journal.
Now sit down in a nice quiet spot and begin writing down all of the things that are worrying you today.
This is a safe way to get those feelings out and there is no judgment.
I know how sometimes we can worry about what people are going to think or say. So this is safe place to do it.
Write everything down that is on your mind.
Write out topics or feelings but dig deep.
Now, take a step back.
What can you let go right now?
What on this list can you take care of right now?
Sometimes this worry purge, helps you realize that it’s only a thought, that this too shall pass.
