What are the five most common questions asked by First Responders, you ask? What is your name?, What is your date of birth?, What is your address? and…..Do you speak English? I am all about simplifying these questions and helping you remember them. I put together a quick video for you to listen to. These are the same questions I ask on calls on a daily basis with the Spanish speaking community. Why these questions? Well these are the questions that we need for our reports, to enter into the data base and to get through a call.
