Stress is definitely something that cannot be predicted and this is especially true in high energy jobs as ours.  As a First Responders I know that I have been tasked to answer some pretty serious calls and at times those calls had nothing to do with my stress.  Let’s face it, our life can be stressful. We may be juggling a lot of things.  We may be dealing with our own set of stressors.

I am excited to be talking to you about April’s course launch and how important it is to get started on a self-care journey.  This looks differently for each of us, but doing something daily to relieve your stress is important.  SUPER IMPORTANT.   I mean sorry if that sounded a bit loud.
