Setting up a relaxing space for yourself is a must right now!

I know seems a bit demanding.  Hear me out. Why can’t you create that for yourself?

You can!!! I repeat, You can do it!!!

It is one of the things that I feel has helped me deal with the most difficult days in my life.

I don’t know why I didn’t do it before but I am glad I have done it.

No need to dwell on the past, you know?  You can recreate each day.  Why not?

Relaxing spaces are what can make a difference in your day even if it seems like it is still going down hill.  This is what I suggest for you and has worked for me.

The space…let’s talk about it.

Doesn’t have to be a huge space.

A small corner in your house or in your office.

A place where you can sit down and close your eyes. You can meditate if you want to, listen to music, write, sing, watch movies, do whatever it is you want to do.

The point is that it is your space where you can regroup, refocus, and reset.

You are probably asking what do you need?

I suggest starting with things that make you comfortable.

A nice throw blanket, pillow, headphones, yoga mat.  You can find some of those things in my Amazon Affiliate store

Feel free to be creative and make it your own.
