I carry essential oils, more specifically lavender essential oil with me. 

This is what helps me calm down and helps me feel relaxed.

I put a couple drops in my lotion and then massage my hands for a few seconds.

I cup my hands over my nose and inhale that scent, take a few breaths, and jump back into it.
