Stop and give yourself some credit.  Wait, all the credit.

If you are a goal setter, go getter, a multi-tasking goal achieving person, you know this a tough one.

It’s a stressful one to do.

I don’t mean that you can’t do it, but it comes with a bit of a tug of war action.

You know you do it all, you have achieved great things and you don’t ever stop wanting more.

But do you give yourself credit for what you have achieved this far?

I am going to guess that you probably DO NOT.

Let’s change that and start doing it differently.

Yeah, sometimes things do not go according to plan.

Sometimes it seems like nothing is working.

But look at how far you’ve come. 

Look at what you have overcome, and what you have accomplished.

Right now, wherever you are. Close your eyes and look at the one thing that you couldn’t do.

Take a look at it and celebrate it.  Celebrate your accomplishment.

Instead of looking at what you want to do right now and thinking about how you are going to get there.

Don’t get me wrong, goals are amazing.

But we often cause undue stress and create this image in our minds about ourselves that isn’t true.

I know for a fact that I have often stopped to think about what I want right now, what my future goals are, but haven’t stopped to think of how far I have come.

Today, stop and give yourself the credit you deserve, because you are amazing.

When was the last time you acknowledged all you’ve accomplished?
