Why am I talking about this?
I am guilty of expecting overnight results.
Wanting things now and not being patient.
But sometimes things take time.
I know that whenever I start a new workout program, I expect to see chiseled arms the next day. Right?
Things take time, things take time, is what I repeat to myself.
So people, please be patient and don’t be too hard on yourselves.
