Life is meant for living it. What if today you were told that you would never see again. What would you do?

How would you feel?  Would you rush to do things, and start living?

It should not have to come to that. We should be doing all the things we want to do daily.

We should be taking care of ourselves on a daily basis.

What happens for me and for many others is that no one has ever stopped to tell us how to do these things.

Which is, LIVING!

Grab a piece of paper and a pen.  I would love for you to make a list of all of the things you want to do.

The exercise is thinking you will be losing your eyesight.

Ask yourself as you are writing, why haven’t I done these things.

Ask yourself this next question.  What can I do today, to make this a reality?

People…stop thinking you have time. Do the things that you want to do today.

Live your life, the way you want to live it. Not by anyone else’s standards.

I want to share these facts with you because I am a First Responder and we tend to think in terms of “when I retire.”

The average police officer dies within 5 years after retirement and has a life expectancy of 12 years less than most people.

Think about those facts and start living the life you deserve.

We will always have bills, problems, good things, bad things and everything in between.

STOP… and live your life.

I have a free 5 day challenge that helps kick start taking better care of yourself. Check it out here: https://coursecraft.net/courses/z9VBY

Please like and share this if it resonates with you.

One last question.  What will you do today for yourself, that you did not do yesterday?
