I remember the first time that I tried meditation and how confused I was.

I mean, I was relaxed and felt pretty good, but I had a million thoughts going through my mind the entire time.

Meditation was something, that I thought I could not do.

Let me back up.

I have a mind that goes non-stop.

I make a list all the time.

I brag about being a multitasker.

So stopping to relax, what? Yeah, that was not easy.

Meditation has so many benefits to it, and one of them was slowing down my mind.
