Do you often look at other people and wonder how they do it.

How they can push past the fear and take action?

I have. Many times.

Taking action is what helps people push past their fears and do what they want.

People have made comments about how easy it is for me. People, it’s not.

It’s about taking those steps towards the goal or thing you fear the most.

We all have been scared to do things.  We all know that ugly, sick feeling we get in our stomachs.

That feeling of, “I am going to vomit.”  Right? Following me so far?

Ask yourself these questions?

  1. What is something I want to do?
  2. Why haven’t I done it?

I am sure that FEAR has something to do with it.

Here are just a few steps you can follow to help you to push past it:

  1. Write it down
  2. Take a step towards it.
  3. Do it.
  4. Practice it.
