Listening to music is one of my favorite ways to get ready for work and also to boost my mood.
When stress hits you, how do you choose to relieve it?
Research has shown that listening to music may have a positive effect on reducing your anxiety level, lowering your blood pressure and stress hormones.
Some research suggests that classical music is that kind of music.
It may not be your first choice, but why not give it a try.
Maybe relax in your bathtub, and close your eyes for a few minutes to help you relax.
Music soothes the soul, and it is a stress management tool.
So while you are driving to work and may be dreading it, play some tunes
To help you get your mood in check and cheer you up.

One of my favorite tips that I love sharing is to create several playlists and create unique titles.
Choose songs that resonate with you and help you boost your mood.
Nothing says I am going to work better than Salt-N-Pepa cranked up to the max.
If you don’t believe me, try it.
I mean you pick the song that you like, but crank that song up and see how awesome you will feel.
