Hey friends, I don’t know about you but I love listening to music.  There are many benefits to listening to music and the one that I love talking about is that it helps to relieve your stress.  A good friend of mine created music specifically to help reduce stress and anxiety and I want to share that information with you. I recently spoke to Carl Bartlett Jr., from Serene New You Sax LLC, and he talked about how the music he created can help you relax.   You know I tested this music out not only while practicing my meditation but also to help me fall asleep.

You know that we use music to workout, in our cars, and for various other things. Why not create it specifically for reducing your stress.
